Job Qualification

• Preferably female 
• 22-26 years old 
• With Bachelor’s Degree in any of the preferred management courses : Business, Marketing, Operations and / or Financial 
• At least one (2) years work experience in the field, including work experience in BPO 
• Proficient in Adobe, Foxit PDF and MS Office 365, including email management 
• With background in preparing interim reports, agenda and minutes of board meetings is a plus 
• With experience in Salesforce, Mailchimp and LinkedIn is preferred 
• With experience in voice and video transcription 
• With good research skills 
• Fairly good in communication [verbal or written] 
• Fast – learner and an effective multi – tasker 
• Keen to details and with good analytic skills 
• With good research skills 
• With professional attitude at work 
• Team leader 
• Goal-oriented 
• Can work under pressure 
• Willing to render overtime when necessary
